Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Late/Overnight shift required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and manage reports.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest requests.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare daily operating and month-end reports.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and communicate issues to management.
