Job summary

Highgate Hotels seeks a Night Auditor at Residence Inn Exton (Exton, PA). You will reconcile cashier transactions, compile reports, and ensure accurate guest billing.

Responsibilities include check-in/out support and handling reservations, with a focus on accuracy, guest service, and timely communications. The role requires basic arithmetic, cross-training in related hotel accounting areas, and ability to work late nights.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all level of employees and guests in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Late/Overnight shift required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions and ensure accuracy of reports.
• Perform guest service agent duties as required (check-in, check-out, reservations).
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare daily and month-end reports (Daily Operating Report, Tax Reports, etc.).
• Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to governmental inquiries as needed.
