Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit and reconcile financial transactions.
• Balance daily revenue, occupancy, and payments.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for management.
• Respond to guest questions and requests promptly.
• Monitor hotel during overnight hours and report safety concerns.
• Maintain front-office records and paperwork.
• Follow Marriott standards and confidentiality rules.
• Assist with light front-office duties as needed.
