Job summary

InnVentures LLC in Denver, CO is seeking a Night Auditor to supervise overnight operations at Hilton Garden Inn Denver Downtown. The role requires attention to detail and a focus on routine tasks to certify daily transactions are reconciled, ensuring a smooth guest experience.

You will review daily transactions, post charges, and coordinate with shifts to maintain excellent guest service throughout the graveyard shift while working in a dynamic hotel environment. Benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience with proven ability to thrive working the overnight shift.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Review daily transactions and checklists for completion and accuracy.
• Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously.
• Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures and post and reconcile charges.
• Ensure emergency notification procedures are followed overnight.
• Communicate effectively between all shifts and departments.
