Job summary

The Courtyard by Marriott Houston is seeking a front desk associate to provide warm, efficient service to guests. You will greet arrivals, register guests, issue room keys, handle reservations by phone and computer, and respond to inquiries about local attractions.

You will act as the on-duty hotel manager for night operations, ensure security procedures, balance nightly ledgers, post charges, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
