Responsibilities

• Perform all daily audit functions for front office and each outlet of the hotel.
• Review room and tax posting for accuracy, correcting errors; ensure house charges are posted timely.
• Complete back-up of front office computer system and night audit program daily.
• Complete the rebuild of the front office system, reservations and related computer maintenance.
• Understand and follow management company accounting and credit policies and procedures.
• Manage all front desk functions including check-ins, check-outs, payments, reservations, PBX operation, calls within 3 rings; guests treated promptly and professionally."],
