Job summary

Remington Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented front office auditor to maintain nightly audit processes across the hotel and its outlets. You will ensure accurate posting of room charges, taxes, and payments, and promptly correct discrepancies.

You will back up the front desk system, night audit program, and related software, and assist with system rebuilds for reservations and related modules as needed. Adherence to accounting and credit policies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily audit functions for front office and each hotel outlet.
• Review room and tax postings for accuracy and correct any errors.
• Back-up front office computer system and night audit program daily.
• Rebuild front office system, reservations and related computer maintenance as applicable.
• Follow management company's accounting and credit policies and procedures.
