• 3 years hotel front office experience with a minimum of 1 year as a Night Auditor Preferred
• Must be able to work night shifts and weekends

• Ensure proper completion of front office and night audit duties.
• Analyze the day’s operating results and perform daily duties.
• Balance and audit for accuracy; transmit batches to the corporate office.
• Prepare Daily Flash Report (DFR) and end-of-day statistics.
• Handle guest complaints effectively and coordinate communications.
• Train front desk staff on the Property Management System.
• Process reservations and manage front office operations.
