Job summary

Westin Mt Laurel in Mount Laurel, NJ seeks a Night Auditor to join our front office team on a part-time basis. The role supports nightly financial close, guest service, and flawless system operation during late hours.

You will balance revenue, prepare reports, and assist with front desk duties as needed. The ideal candidate has prior guest services experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to access and input information using a computer system.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to communicate with employees and guests; strong telephone etiquette.
• Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare nightly revenue reports and balance accounts as part of the close.
• Input revenue and expenses into the system and generate daily summaries.
• Handle front desk interactions and guest requests during overnight hours.
• Verify and imprint credit cards and process payments; manage house bank.
• Coordinate with front desk and restaurant teams for smooth midnight operations.
• Ensure reports and backups are filed and distributed to the appropriate departments.
• Respond to system issues and perform necessary corrections during the shift.
