Westin Mt Laurel in Mount Laurel Township, NJ is seeking a part-time Night Auditor to manage nightly financial and front desk tasks. You will review daily revenue data, balance accounts, and prepare reports while ensuring guest service remains friendly and efficient.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred.
• Ability to input and retrieve information using a computer system and software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily revenue reports by auditing Micros tapes/journals.
• Balance revenue and settlements nightly and reset systems for next day.
• Input revenue/expenses into the PC and generate daily reports (Guest Ledger Summary, Daily Restaurant Summary).
• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out and room rate verification.
• Coordinate with front desk and other areas to ensure smooth end-of-shift processes.
