Qualifications

• 1 year prior customer experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with a friendly, clear voice and assist with check-in/check-out
• Verify guest information, assign rooms, and print keys
• Process payments, handle cash, and balance daily transactions
• Answer calls with clear English; relay messages and assist with guest requests
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain guest satisfaction
• Keep front desk and service areas neat and organized
• Adhere to all hotel policies and assist other Front Desk personnel as needed
• Perform related duties as requested by supervisor/manager
