Job summary

Westin Mount Laurel is hiring a part-time Hotel Front Desk Agent to provide outstanding guest service during the 2nd shift. The role involves greeting guests, registering rooms, handling payments, and supporting hotel operations to ensure a memorable stay.

Candidates should showcase hospitality passion, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Weekends and holidays are required, with PM shift 3 pm–11 pm and some AM shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and hospitality mindset.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them promptly, providing friendly, accurate information.
• Process room charges, payments, and balance cash/house bank as needed.
• Address guest requests, resolve issues per hotel policies, and upsell services where appropriate.
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk and assist other staff as required.
• Assist during peak times and irregular hours as needed by management.
