Summary

The Night Auditor supports guests and homeowners at Black Butte Ranch during overnight hours while completing the resort’s daily accounting. This role handles check-ins, check-outs, and guest questions; reconciles charges and revenue; and helps guests make the most of their stay.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests and homeowners at the Welcome Center.
• Process check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest transactions accurately.
• Complete nightly accounting tasks, including balancing charges and reconciling revenue.
• Enter and maintain accurate guest information in the property management system.
• Answer questions, resolve concerns, and share information about Ranch activities and amenities.

Schedule

• Shifts are typically 2:45–11:15 p.m. or 12:45–10:15 p.m. Additional hours may be needed when events run late.
• This position is cross-trained in guest services and night audit duties. The employee will not be assigned to night audit every shift.

Compensation

Starting at $20/hour, based on experience
