Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor for La Posada de Santa Fe, A Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa, in Santa Fe, NM. Join our Front Office team to ensure accurate nightly revenue, settlements, and reporting, while delivering exceptional guest service.

You will work with the front desk to balance accounts, prepare daily reports, and support operations with a focus on detail, reliability, and flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly with the front desk team.
• Enter data into the front office system and generate daily reports (Guest Ledger Summary, etc).
• Assist with nightly audits and ensure accuracy of daily financials.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our Night Auditor, you will be working with our front desk team to ensure the balance of revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files and reset the system for next day operations. The position requires inputting data into the front office system revenue/expenses/allowances to generate the daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary and etc.

Does this sound like you?

You have a keen eye for detail and respect the importance of auditing and maintaining data for the hotel. You have at least one year of experience in a similar role and have excellent customer service skills. You are detail oriented. The pride you have in your organizational and time management skills will be a great benefit in this role.
