La Posada de Santa Fe, A Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa is seeking a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team in Santa Fe. You will balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files, and prepare the next day’s operations.

The role requires inputting data into the front office system to generate daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a similar role, strong customer service skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly with front desk team.
• Input data into front office system (revenue/expenses/allowances) to generate daily reports.
• Produce reports such as Guest Ledger Summary and related documents.
