La Posada de Santa Fe, A Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Bar Back to support our busy dining program in downtown Santa Fe. You will restock supplies, assist bartenders, and help maintain a clean, organized bar area during nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Serv Safe certification required.
• New Mexico Alcohol Certification required.
• Experience in bar or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies.
• Prepare garnishes and assist with bar prep.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
• Change kegs and monitor inventory levels.
• Assist bartenders during high-volume service periods.

We are looking for our next best team member to join our Food and Beverage team to fill the role of Bar Back. We have one Full-Time position and one Part-time position. We are committed to provide you with:

Here is what you will be doing each day:

• Serv Safe and New Mexico Alcohol Certification required.
• Willing to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Physically able to carry 35 pounds; able to stand, bend, and move throughout shift.
• Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks.
• Excellent at verbal communication
• Works well and efficiently under pressure.
