Job summary

La Posada de Santa Fe, A Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. You will balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and support daily operations with accuracy and professionalism.

You will input data into the front office system, generate daily reports, and work varied shifts including evenings and weekends. We value detail orientation, outstanding guest service, and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a similar Night Auditor or front desk role.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our Night Auditor, you will be working with our front desk team to ensure the balance of revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files and reset the system for next day operations. The position requires inputting data into the front office system revenue/expenses/allowances to generate the daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary and etc.

Does this sound like you?

You have a keen eye for detail and respect the importance of auditing and maintaining data for the hotel. You have at least one year of experience in a similar role and have excellent customer service skills. You are detail oriented. The pride you have in your organizational and time management skills will be a great benefit in this role.
