Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team in Los Angeles. The Overnight shift focuses on ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth front desk operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in hotel front desk, Hyatt brand experience, strong computer and communication skills, and familiarity with Opera Cloud. Knowledge of Otelier is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hotel front office experience or Night Auditor experience.
• Prior Hyatt brand experience is preferred.
• Excellent computer, customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud and Otelier preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly during the overnight shift.
• Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations, respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies, process invoices and reconcile accounts.
• Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts, keep accurate financial records and ledgers, help prepare for forecasts and audits.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

Does this sound like you?

You have at least 1-2 years of hotel front office experience or prior experience as a Night Auditor. You have an eye for detail and a passion to provide quality of service to our guests. You have prior Hyatt brand experience, excellent computer, customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of Otelier and Opera Cloud preferred.
