Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Night Audit professional to perform end-of-day processes for the resort and all outlets. You will be the primary guest contact during overnight hours, providing outstanding service and handling check-ins, check-outs, folios, and billing with accuracy.

The role requires strong English communication, cash handling, and basic accounting skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is expected to support daily tasks.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in hotel operations and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-day functions for the resort and outlets.
• Serve as primary guest contact during overnight hours.
• Provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Assist with guest check-in/out, folios, invoicing, and billing.
• Coordinate with departments to personalize guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and services.

Act as the primary contact for all guests during overnight operating hours.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSJob duties include; although are not limited to:Providing excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, and actively aspiring to reach department and property defined goals and objectivesHosting and welcoming guests with a friendly and sincere demeanorAssisting with guest check-in and out process, as well as folios, invoicing and billingThinking outside the box to own and solve guest stay areas of opportunity. Going above and beyond to recover any service opportunities and exceed guest expectationsCommunicating and partnering with all department leaders and hourly Associates to ensure the guest experience is personalized and executed seamlesslyMaintaining proper record keeping for guest accounts, being knowledgeable about hotel services and local surroundings in order to answer, respond and communicate with guests regarding questions and requestsExperience in a cash-handling positionBasic knowledge of accountingQUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree preferred Minimum of two years’ experience in a hotel operations environment Minimum of two years’ experience in customer serviceAvailability to work an overnight shift schedule between the hours of 11:00PM - 7:00AM Possess basic math skills and have the ability to accurately handle billing Ability to communicate clearly and speak, read, write and understand English well Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; daily use of nearly all programs will occurPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSPosition requires walking and standing most of the working day; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks.
