Sleep Inn Allentown is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests during the 11 PM–7 AM shift, Friday and Saturday. You’ll check in/out guests, answer inquiries, and coordinate with teams to ensure a smooth stay.

No experience? No problem. We’re more interested in your attitude than your résumé. If you’re reliable, ready to learn, and want to work in a welcoming, fast-paced environment, we want to meet you!

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly communication and people skills.
• Basic tech skills (you’ll be using a computer and phone).
• Ability to multitask and hustle independently or with a team.

• A great attitude and willingness to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

Light Housekeeping Tasks:

• Restock towels, toiletries, and guest supplies at the desk


• Keep public areas (lobby, elevator, hallways) neat and tidy


• Pitch in with the laundry to keep things fresh for the next day

• Stand on your feet for most of your shift


• Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 lbs (helping with laundry, restocking, etc.)
