Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Team Lead - Assembly for the Weekend Shift in Greenwood, SC. The role drives safety, quality and productivity with supervision support, promoting teamwork and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities include training staff, enforcing 5S, coordinating daily goals, and leading shift meetings. Requires 3+ years in switchgear manufacturing and U.S. work eligibility. Weekend schedule is Fri–Sun, 5 am–5 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in switchgear assembly.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to the team to meet safety, quality, and production targets.
• Maintain high quality levels in assigned areas.
• Train and coach employees; ensure 5S at shift start and end.
• Provide daily tactical oversight to achieve production goals.
• Lead Tier 1 meetings when supervisor is unavailable; communicate issues to leadership.
