CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Area Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations. The role focuses on supervising in-field cleaning crews, ensuring quality across multiple sites, and managing inventories and staffing.

Required: supervisory experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record. This full-time, in-person position offers health and other standard benefits.

Responsibilities

• Observe and follow safety rules.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews
• Multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
• Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
• Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
• Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
• Other tasks and administrative duties

Required:

• Past supervisory experience
• MUST be Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Driver’s License and good driving record
