CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Service Manager to oversee day janitorial operations in the East Valley Area (Mesa, AZ). The role requires supervising field crews, coordinating with branch managers, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates will have prior supervisory experience, a bilingual (English/Spanish) capability, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. This is a full-time, in-person position with comprehensive benefits.

East Valley Area

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Service Manager to oversee the day janitorial operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews
• Multiple site visits per day in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
• Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
• Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
• Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
• Other tasks and administrative duties

Required:

• Past supervisory experience
• MUST be Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Driver’s License and good driving record

Salary $52,000 Depending on experience
