Job summary

CCS Facility Services in the East Valley Area (Mesa, AZ) seeks a Day Service Manager to supervise daily janitorial operations across multiple sites. You will schedule crews, perform quality checks, and coordinate with branch managers to ensure tasks and special projects are completed on time.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a valid driver's license, and prior supervisory experience. This in-person, full-time position offers benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Service Manager to oversee the day janitorial operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews
• Multiple site visits per day in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
• Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
• Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
• Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
• Other tasks and administrative duties

Required

• Past supervisory experience
• MUST be Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Driver's License and good driving record

Salary $52,000 Depending on experience
