Job summary

CCS Facility Services in the East Valley area is seeking a Day Service Manager to oversee the day janitorial operations. The role is full-time, based in Mesa, AZ, with day shift Monday to Friday and some weekends.

The successful candidate will supervise in-field cleaning crews, manage inventories, and coordinate with branch managers, ensuring safety rules are followed and tasks are completed to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Past supervisory experience.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise field cleaning crews.
• Multiple site visits per day in company provided vehicle for quality assurance.
• Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology.
• Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily.
• Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules.
• Other tasks and administrative duties.

East Valley Area CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Service Manager to oversee the day janitorial operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews
• Multiple site visits per day in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
• Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
• Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
• Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
• Other tasks and administrative duties

Required

• Past supervisory experience
• MUST be Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Drivers License and good driving record
