Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Area Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations across multiple sites. This in-person role requires a bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate with supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license.

You will schedule crews, provide hands-on training, conduct site visits in a company-provided vehicle, manage supplies, and coordinate with branch managers to ensure daily tasks and safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
• Past supervisory experience is required.
• Driver’s License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise in-field cleaning crews.
• Provide hands-on training to staff.
• Conduct multiple site visits per night in company vehicle for quality assurance.
• Manage and order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Track employee hours and pay using company software.
• Coordinate with branch managers to complete daily cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Observe facility safety rules and company policies.
• Perform other duties and administrative tasks.

Janitorial - Night Area Manager

Salary depending on experience. Company-provided vehicle/gas, cell phone, and Benefits

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Area Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations.

This Night Area Manager will be responsible for:

• Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews
• Hands-on training
• Multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
• Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
• Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
• Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
• Other tasks and administrative duties

Necessary Experience:

• Past supervisory experience
• MUST be Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Driver’s License and good driving record
