Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise in-field cleaning crews.
• Multiple site visits per night for quality assurance.

• Track employee hours and pay using company software and devices.
• Collaborate with branch managers to ensure daily tasks and projects are completed.
• Observe and enforce safety rules and security procedures.
• Support additional administrative duties as needed.

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Area Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews
• Multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
• Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technologyWorking closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
• Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
• Other tasks and administrative duties

Required:

• Past supervisory experience
• MUST be Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Driver’s License and good driving record
