Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Project Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations, ensuring daily cleaning tasks and special projects are completed to standard. The role requires hands-on supervision, training, and frequent site visits using a company vehicle.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience, is bilingual (English/Spanish), and holds a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night janitorial operations across sites
• Schedule and supervise field cleaning crews
• Hands-on training for staff
• Site visits per night in company vehicle for quality assurance
• Manage and order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Track employee hours and pay using company software
• Coordinate with branch managers to complete daily tasks and special projects
• Follow facility and company safety rules and procedures
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed

Night Project Manager

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Project Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations. This Night Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews
• Hands on training
• Multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
• Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
• Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
• Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
• Other tasks and administrative duties

Necessary Experience:

• Past supervisory experience
• MUST be Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Driver’s License and good driving record
