ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client Logistics & Supply Chain in Houston, TX, seeks a Job Information Accounts Receivable Associate to support collection operations and maintain AR accuracy. This role collaborates with a third-party provider to keep major CEVA accounts moving forward.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in B2B collections, strong MS Office skills, and fluent English communication. Nights shift, 40 hours weekly, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent; 3 years collection experience in a B2B environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and Word required.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsabilités

• Monitor status of collection work by third-party service provider and discuss progress, issues, and problems.
• Answer inquiries from CEVA stations on collection matters and coordinate communication between CEVA and third-party collections team.
• Review collection status reports prepared by third-party team for accuracy.
• Prepare reports for CEVA management on AR status of major CEVA accounts or stations.
• Review the DTT (dispute tracker) and ensure disputes are resolved or escalated as needed.
