Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, manage visitor and contractor entry, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and follow site procedures.
• Help to deter unauthorized entry by observing activity at designated entry and exit points and reporting suspicious or unusual conditions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned construction areas, access points, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
