Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to support site operations at Pecos, TX. This frontline role requires in-person work at customer sites, with shift-based hours that may vary to meet project needs.

You will manage worker badges, parking, visitors, and deliveries, while ensuring safety and accurate headcounts. The position emphasizes high‑quality customer service, professionalism, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high‑intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Able to pass drug screen and background check.
• Detail orientation and professionalism under pressure.
• Proficient communication in English, both spoken and written.
• Able to follow SOPs in English.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Ensure all personnel have badges and are scanned to verify identity and maintain headcount records.
• Provide parking passes and manage parking pass compliance across designated areas.
• Document all visitors and deliveries, creating written records for the customer.
• Support access control including troubleshooting and coordination with the customer and Sitemetric team.
• Assist with ad‑hoc access control responsibilities for one‑time and ongoing needs.
