Sitemetric LLC is hiring for an Access Control Officer, a field-based role based in Covington, GA. The position focuses on worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor management, with travel across the United States as needed.

You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure site safety and customer satisfaction. The role requires 2+ years in high-pressure customer service, strong English communication, and a proactive mindset to support diverse access control tasks on construction

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years in high-intensity customer service under pressure.
• Ability to establish working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization in dynamic environments.
• Tech-forward mindset.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security.
• Badging Compliance: ensure proper scanning and headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document and log visitors and deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access needs.
