Responsibilities

• Monitor access points; verify credentials, manage visitor registration, and log entry/exit activity.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and security events with calm, clear communication.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and perimeter to identify unauthorized access and security concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally with healthcare location staff.
