Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).

• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

• Valid driver's license for driving roles only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors while carrying out access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points; verify credentials and manage visitor registration.
• Respond to alarms/incidents calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and restricted areas.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally.
