Qualifikationen

• Two or more years in intake assessment activities within an acute psychiatric setting.
• Minimum of two years in a psychiatric hospital setting with customer contact.

Aufgaben

• Assist in responding to referrals and requests for services and information.
• Assess all ages with physician collaboration to determine disposition.
• Provide discharge planning support under supervision of the Director of A&R.
• Serve as first contact with community, offering resources and support to callers and walk-ins.
• Support the case management program as needed.
