Qualifications

• 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time experience in Level III NICU or KP NICU course.
• Registered Nurse License (California) required.
• Basic Life Support from American Heart Association required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Ensure patient safety and high-quality nursing care using the nursing process.
• Mentor and coach staff, support change and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary team.
• Document care accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Ensure discharge planning and family education.
