Qualifications

• NICU experience and nursing skills applicable to critical care.
• BLS certification required; NRP certification preferred.
• PRN network float pool role requires flexibility across locations.
• Float pool experience is a plus for rapid coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in NICU per ANA standards.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals and assess patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care plans.
• Educate families on care plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records.
