Responsibilities

• Assess patient data and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and IV therapies per orders.
• Educate patients and families on care needs and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Document care, monitor outcomes, and update health records.

BSN

RN licensure (Arizona or compact)

1+ year NICU/Med-Surg RN experience
