Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse for the Medical/Surgical Unit-3A/3B-Neuro Tele at Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ. The role includes providing skilled nursing care, following ANA standards, documenting patient histories, administering medications and IV therapies, and supporting patient education and discharge planning.

New grads may apply, and a $5,000 new hire sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing; BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience.
Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
Registered Nurse licensure in AZ or Compact state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; national certification preferred.
10 months med-surg or acute specialty setting preferred; 1 year RN experience for float positions required.

Responsibilities

Collect health data, prioritize by patient condition, and develop a family-centered plan.
Identify outcomes and develop individualized care plans.
Implement interventions, administer medications, IV therapy, and monitor patients.
Evaluate progress and document care and outcomes.
Improve nursing practice and participate in education and mentorship.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to assess and evaluate patient care.
Promote ethical practice and cultural competence.
Ensure safe, cost-effective care delivery.
