Job summary

HonorHealth’s Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a Night Shift RN for the ICU. This full-time role requires 1+ year of ICU RN experience, BLS certification, and nursing licensure in Arizona.

Qualifications

• 1+ year RN ICU experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing; BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow ANA standards of practice and Code of Ethics.
• Document patient data, administer medications and therapies as ordered.
• Develop and update patient care plans with family involvement.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Precept and mentor new staff and students as assigned.
• Ensure safety, accuracy of dosages, and proper use of IV therapy.
