Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an experienced RN for the NICU Level II unit at Banner Del Webb Medical Center in Sun City West, AZ. The night shift runs from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with an 18% night differential and a flat $3/hour weekend differential.

This role focuses on care for infants 32 weeks gestation and above in a NICU setting. Requires a current RN license in the state, BLS certification, and prior Women and Infant Services experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and discharge needs.
• Plan and initiate care with patient/family input and multidisciplinary team.
• Implement care with supervision of licensed staff and in accordance with orders.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust plan in collaboration with team.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions and patient responses in medical records.
