Job summary

Banner Staffing Services-AZ is seeking an RN for NICU care in Mesa, AZ. The role offers a Night shift in a level IIIA NICU within Banner Estrella Medical Center, with orientation and a robust interdisciplinary team.

Prior NICU experience is required or strongly preferred, and per diem status applies. Candidate must hold a current RN license in the state, be BLS certified, and demonstrate competency in acute care nursing.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in the clinical area is desired; one year in acute care within the last 12 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, and development needs.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; coordinate with multidisciplinary team.
• Document care plans and patient responses accurately and timely.
• Provide patient and family teaching and discharge planning as part of the care plan.
