Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the liable state(s).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation and may float to other units as needed.
• Adheres to ANA Code of Ethics and demonstrates professional communication and delegation.
