Job summary

HonorHealth in the Phoenix area seeks a dedicated RN to join the Network Float Pool across multiple locations. The role requires ADN and two years NICU experience, with BLS/NRP. You will perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate patient care in a fast-paced environment during day shifts.

Float between 3+ locations with flexible scheduling; ADN or Diploma in Nursing is required, BSN preferred. Certification in BLS and NRP is required to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• ADN or Diploma in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• 2+ years NICU RN experience required.
• BLS and NRP certification required.
• Stroke education requirements per addendum may apply.

Responsibilities

• The RN's practice follows ANA standards and ethical guidelines.
• Collects health data, creates and revises a patient plan of care.
• Implements treatments, administers medications, and monitors patients.
• Documents observations and interventions for ongoing care.
• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to deliver care.
• Educates patients and families on illness, treatment, and home care.
