Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and provide comprehensive nursing care.
• Design, direct, and document plan of care and discharge needs.
• Perform treatments, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Communicate findings and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide bedside shift reports and ensure continuity of care.
