Job summary

Medical City Arlington is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join the NICU team for night shifts with rotating weekends. You will provide advanced respiratory care to neonates and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires NICU experience, an active State Registered Respiratory Therapist credential, and ACLS/BCLS/PALS certifications with ongoing education and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

State Registered Respiratory Therapist credential required.
Minimum 1+ year of NICU RRT experience required.
ACLS, BCLS, Neonate Resuscitation, PALS certifications required within specified timeframes.
Associate degree or higher in respiratory therapy.

Responsibilities

Deliver professional respiratory care to NICU patients.
Assess, acuity assign, and follow Nursing Process in care delivery.
May supervise RN and students; function as preceptor/charge nurse.
