Medical City Dallas is seeking a Respiratory Therapist NICU PEDS RRT to join our team. The role requires proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care with NICU and pediatric experience, and current Texas licensure.

Expect responsibilities that follow hospital policies, and potential supervision of students in clinical care settings. Qualified candidates will have NBRC credentials (CRT/RRT), BLS, PALS within 30 days, NRP within 90 days, and ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduated from NBRC-accredited school for Respiratory Care.
• One year experience in Respiratory Care with NICU/Pediatrics training.
• Licensed by the Texas Medical Board as Respiratory Care Practitioner.
• Current BLS provider; PALS required within 30 days; NRP within 90 days.
• ACLS preferred; CRT/RRT by NBRC on hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care.
• Provide care in NICU and pediatric populations; execute assignments per policy.
• May mentor Respiratory Students in clinical setting.

PALS certification
