Mercy seeks a Respiratory Care professional to provide direct patient care across respiratory therapies per physician orders. You will consult with physicians about therapy effectiveness and collaborate with nursing as a respiratory care resource.

The role requires an RCP license and NBRC RRT credential; ACLS preferred, with physical duties including lifting and mobility. Mercy offers a comprehensive benefits package and sign-on bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of CoArc approved Respiratory Care program.
• Meets state licensure requirements and has a current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• Hold the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential awarded by NBRC. For ER, PALS is required.
• Physical demands include push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs. Plus pinch up to 10 lbs.
• Preferred Education: ACLS
• Preferred Experience: Critical care experience.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of CoArc approved Respiratory Care program.
• Licensure: Meets state licensure requirements and has a current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• Certifications: Hold the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential awarded by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). For co-workers who work in the Emergency Room PALS is required.
• Other: Physical demands are attached plus push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs. Plus, pinch up to 10 lbs., kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally.
• Equipment Used: All appropriate respiratory care devices.
• Preferred Education: Acute Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Preferred Experience: Critical care experience.
