AdventHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for full-time night shift in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates, with potential salary increases up to 20% through the Clinical Ladder Program based on achievement and development.

Responsibilities include comprehensive NICU patient assessments, individualized care planning, medication administration, and patient/family education.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, development, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly update them.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately per orders and protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff and departments to coordinate care and ensure effective teamwork.
