AdventHealth is looking for a qualified professional to join our team in Shawnee, Kansas, focusing on comprehensive care plans for patients. This full-time role on night shifts involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the best transitional care for patients.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate's degree in Nursing and possess a Registered Nurse (RN) license. We offer competitive pay ranging from $32.50 to $60.45 per hour along with a sign-on bonus of $10,000 for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing required.
• Basic Life Support - CPR certification needed.
• Registered Nurse (RN) accreditation necessary.

Responsabilités

• Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments.
• Liaise with post-hospital care and community resources.
• Manage patient transitions upon discharge.
• Participate in practice group meetings and peer reviews.
